๐Ÿค” The Problem

๐Ÿ“
When you read a source, you can't underline EVERYTHING.
So how do you pick the BEST details?

๐Ÿ‘Ž Weak vs. Strong ๐Ÿ‘

โŒ Weak Evidence

"Cheetahs are really fast."
Vague. How fast? Faster than what?
VS

โœ… Strong Evidence

"Cheetahs can reach speeds of 70 miles per hour."
Specific! A number you can USE in your essay.

๐Ÿ‘Ž Weak vs. Strong ๐Ÿ‘

โŒ Weak Evidence

"A lot of fish live in the sunlight zone."
"A lot" doesn't mean anything specific.
VS

โœ… Strong Evidence

"90% of all ocean life lives in the sunlight zone."
A real statistic that proves your point!

๐Ÿ‘Ž Weak vs. Strong ๐Ÿ‘

โŒ Weak Evidence

"Old video games were different."
Different HOW? This tells us nothing.
VS

โœ… Strong Evidence

Specific comparison with real numbers!
